STORYLINE Magazine

Context

STORYLINE is a Japanese and English magazine highlighting hidden gems in the anime genre. The first issue, titled “Work In Progress,” showcases a behind-the-scenes look into the industry, featuring works from Daisuke Richard, Shingo Tamagawa, and Makoto Shinkai. The magazine contains a photo essay, feature article, artist interview, shorts, and several infographics.

The creation of this magazine was an exercise in editorial design, industry research, and digital illustration. In addition to design, all illustrations unless directly credited were my own.
